Dead Space Online

I know this seems a bit off topic but i think i should reveal what my main project is. My game is based on Dead space and it's going to be an online version of it. It will have the original monsters and weapons from the game. Currently I have an iconner and a programmer (ME). I decided to help John because I need to take a break from programming the game and do a bit of work for John. I also have my own website for my game with a proper Address.

Dont you need permission from the original maker's of that game to use any actual things from the game ? I dont know just curious

I said on the game page all characters and original ideas belong to EA games. Therefore no one can accuse me of anything. Plus i'm only using the names. The icons are completely different.
